Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how get365ai.com (“Get365AI”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit the site. Get365AI is a directory of AI tools run by the Get365AI team. This page describes what data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
You do not need an account to use Get365AI. You can browse tools and upvote them without registering or logging in. Upvotes are stored anonymously in your own browser (using local storage) and are not linked to your identity.
We do not ask you for personal details to use the site. The only information we collect automatically is anonymous usage data that helps us understand how the site is used, including:
- pages you visit and links you click on the site;
- your device type, browser, operating system, and screen size;
- your approximate location (typically country or city level), derived from your IP address;
- the website or search that referred you to us.
If you email us at [email protected] or use a contact form on the site, we receive whatever information you choose to send (such as your name, email address, and message) so we can reply.
3. Cookies and tracking
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Cookies (and similar technologies) let a site remember things between visits and let analytics and advertising services recognise a browser over time.
Get365AI uses cookies through two Google services:
- Google Analytics — to measure traffic and understand which pages and tools are popular.
- Google Ads — to measure the performance of our ads (conversion tracking) and to show relevant ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing).
These cookies collect usage and device data as described above. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google’s analytics and advertising cookies using the links in section 5.
4. Third-party services
We rely on the following third parties, which process data under their own privacy policies:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads — see Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Tool information is compiled from public sources (for example Product Hunt), and traffic estimates are provided by third-party data providers.
Outbound links. When you click a tool’s “Visit” button, you leave get365ai.com and are taken to an external third-party website that we do not control. Once you are on that site, its own privacy policy and terms apply, not ours.
5. How to opt out
- Manage or turn off ad personalisation at Google Ads Settings.
- Opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
6. EU and UK users (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete it. Because we do not run user accounts, most visitors are only known to us as anonymous analytics data. Where consent is required for advertising or non-essential cookies, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the controls above. To make a request, email [email protected].
7. Children
Get365AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
