Because it runs on your machine rather than as a participant, it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and, as the site puts it, "every other meeting app."

The mechanic also extends to the edges of the meeting. Granola syncs with your calendar and builds a Brief before external meetings: who's attending, what you discussed last time and what matters now. The example Brief pulls together a client's overnight pricing pushback, a hard Q3 deadline and an open EU data residency question, which is exactly the kind of context you forget between calls. After the meeting, you can ask the AI chat to list actions, write a follow-up email or draft a project plan, and the chat works across meetings, not just inside one. There are apps for macOS, Windows, iOS and Android, plus Apple Watch, and the mobile app covers phone calls too.

The pricing follows a familiar freemium shape. Basic is $0 and includes AI notes, chat, shared folders, templates and multi-language support, but only limited meeting history. The listing shows paid plans from $18/mo, and the pricing page quotes Business at $14 per user per month, which adds unlimited history, advanced AI models, integrations with Attio, Notion, HubSpot, Affinity and Zapier, MCP and API access. Enterprise at $35 per user per month adds SSO, admin controls and org-wide auto-deletion. If you live in back-to-back calls and hate the awkward "Fireflies has joined" moment, it's one of the cleaner options out there. Just know the botless approach shifts the job of telling people they're being transcribed onto you.
